Food Services Request Form

For emergency food assistance, fill out the referral form, dynamically available on this page. We will reach out via phone or text with collection details, usually on the following Monday from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

Food parcels must be collected from Northgate Baptist Church building, 6 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Silverdale (next to Silverdale Rugby Club, opposite Z petrol station).

Our non-perishable booster boxes and nutritious fresh produce boxes serve as a temporary food security lifeline for the North Auckland community. If you reside outside our service area (see map below), consult local food banks or find Auckland-wide assistance Food Bank List

In response to ongoing budget constraints, we've updated our food services to maintain fair and sustainable distribution. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Food Services Availability: Fresh produce and booster boxes are available once a fortnight per household. Each week, requests are capped at 40 households, with the form open from Tuesday at ~10 am until our capacity is reached.
Eligibility and Priority: Requests are prioritised for households who haven’t accessed food security support from other food banks or community providers.
